As a Clinical Psychologist (M.Sc) and Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist, I have received comprehensive training in Germany, Portugal, from the US, specializing in trauma, mindfulness-based interventions, and body psychotherapy.

My work is grounded in a warm, attentive, and collaborative approach. I offer a compassionate and calm space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace.

With a strong focus on the mind-body connection, I integrate somatic practices, EMDR®, parts work, and mindfulness-based tools to support meaningful, lasting change.

I work in a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive way—always attuned to each person’s unique background, needs, and goals.
